Instructions
- 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Add the egg whites one at a time, followed by the milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and stevia. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- 3. Grease a nonstick skillet and heat over medium.
- 4. Spoon portions of the batter onto the skillet and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes until edges are golden.
- 5. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 6. Repeat until all batter is used, then serve immediately or allow to cool.
