Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Grease a baking dish and fill the bottom with thinly sliced carrots.
- Sprinkle rosemary over the carrots.
- Place the chicken on top of the carrots.
- Season the chicken with sea salt and rosemary.
- Roast in the oven for about one hour.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
