Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package directions.
- Chop all the veggies and prep ingredients while waiting for the water to boil.
- Once the noodles are cooked, run them under cold water and drain well.
- Add the noodles to a large bowl, then mix in all of the ingredients and toss to combine.
