Ingredients

  • 2 pieces plums or nectarines
  • 3.5 cups frozen organic blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • to fill cup line nut milk (cashew milk used)
  • to fill cup line water

Instructions

  1. Cut the plums or nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  2. Add the fruit, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, and honey to the blender.
  3. Fill the blender to the middle cup line with nut milk.
  4. Fill the rest of the blender to the top cup line with water.
  5. Puree the mixture until smooth.
