Ingredients

Wonton Chips

  • 30 pieces wonton wraps
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • as needed spray cooking spray

Tuna Poke

  • 1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion

Sriracha Mayo

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons sriracha

Other Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • cup green onion, sliced
  • 2 pieces avocado, diced
  • as needed sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Cut the wonton wrappers in half and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Cook the wonton wrappers for 1 ½ minutes, shake, and cook for another 1 ½ minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with salt.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ahi tuna with sesame oil, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Toss and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to make the sriracha mayo.
  6. On a platter, layer the wonton chips, top with the tuna poke, avocado, mango, green onion, drizzle with sriracha mayo, and garnish with sesame seeds.
