Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Cut the wonton wrappers in half and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook the wonton wrappers for 1 ½ minutes, shake, and cook for another 1 ½ minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle with salt.
- In a bowl, combine the ahi tuna with sesame oil, tamari, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Toss and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to make the sriracha mayo.
- On a platter, layer the wonton chips, top with the tuna poke, avocado, mango, green onion, drizzle with sriracha mayo, and garnish with sesame seeds.
