Instructions
- Microwave the milk and pumpkin in a glass measuring cup or bowl until steamy, about 1-1½ minutes.
- Use a frother or blender to make foam on top of the milk.
- Pour the coffee into a coffee mug or glass.
- Stir in the maple syrup and pumpkin spice.
- Holding back the foam with a spoon, pour the milk into the coffee.
- Spoon the foam on top of the latte.
