Ingredients

  • 8 ounces reduced-fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 4-5 ounces hot strong coffee
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ⅛-¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Microwave the milk and pumpkin in a glass measuring cup or bowl until steamy, about 1-1½ minutes.
  2. Use a frother or blender to make foam on top of the milk.
  3. Pour the coffee into a coffee mug or glass.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup and pumpkin spice.
  5. Holding back the foam with a spoon, pour the milk into the coffee.
  6. Spoon the foam on top of the latte.
