Instructions
- Combine milk, pureed pumpkin, sweetener, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan over medium heat.

- Add brewed coffee and heavy cream or half and half.
- Blend the mixture using an immersion blender or a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Serve in mugs and garnish with optional whipped cream, cinnamon, or nutmeg.
