Instructions
- Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice, and heat until warm.
- Remove from heat and stir in coffee or espresso and vanilla extract.
- Add food coloring if desired and mix well.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice before serving.
