Ingredients

Whipped topping

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar

Latte

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 6 Tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • optional orange gel food coloring or natural food coloring

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice, and heat until warm.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in coffee or espresso and vanilla extract.
  4. Add food coloring if desired and mix well.
  5. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice before serving.
