Dark Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats

The oats mixture

The toppings

cherries (fresh, frozen or canned, unsweetened)

coarsely chopped walnuts

cocoa nibs, unsweetened
Instructions
- Mix together oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, plant-based milk, and maple syrup (if using) in a small bowl.
- Divide the mixture equally among two individual 2-cup containers.
- Cover and chill overnight or for about 4 hours.
- Top each container with ½ cup cherries, 1 tablespoon walnuts, and 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs.
- Cover and store until serving or enjoy immediately.
