Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats and cocoa powder.
- In a measuring cup, combine the coconut milk, vanilla extract, dates, and maple syrup.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and stir to combine evenly.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the oats warm, cold, or at room temperature, garnished with chocolate chips and cherries if desired.
