Ingredients

The base

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)

Instructions

  1. In a glass jar, combine the oats, almond milk, cacao powder, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in any optional add-ins if desired.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight for 8 to 12 hours.
  4. When ready to eat, stir well and add a splash of almond milk if needed.
