Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

The flavorings

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural salted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp fine sea salt

Optional toppings

  • to taste sliced bananas
  • to taste chopped peanuts
  • to taste cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Divide the mixture into two containers and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled with your choice of toppings.
