  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Lightly whisk in the peanut butter, leaving some swirls.
  3. Pour the mixture into mason jars or containers.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 8-10 hours.
  5. Add a splash of almond milk before eating.
