Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • ½ banana mashed

Instructions

  1. Prepare a mason jar or sealable container.
  2. Mash the banana.
  3. Add the mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, peanut butter, and almond milk to the jar.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Cover the jar and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
