Ingredients

The base

  • cups Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

The liquid

  • 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk

Optional toppings

  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, honey, chocolate chips (if using), peanut butter, chia seeds, vanilla, and sea salt in a large bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3 single serving containers and add the milk over each, stirring to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight.
