Instructions
- Slice and pit the cherries, then chop them roughly.
- Divide the rolled oats, milk, chopped cherries, and chia seeds between two jars.
- Add maple syrup and almond extract, then stir to combine.
- Stir again after 2 minutes to prevent clumping of chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To make whipped coconut cream, whip the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
- Top the overnight oats with whipped coconut cream and additional cherries before serving.
