Ingredients

Base Recipe

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • a pinch sea salt
  • ¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt (optional)
  • cup unsweetened almond milk

Variations

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1 medium diced apple
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 medium banana (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup peach slices
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chia jam
  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, salt, and yogurt in a jar.
  2. Add almond milk and stir until well mixed without clumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
  4. In the morning, stir and add desired toppings before serving.
