Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk (any kind)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all the base ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
