Instructions
- Combine the muesli (or oats and cinnamon), chia seeds, and nut butter in a jar or bowl.
- Add a splash of milk and mix to incorporate the nut butter, then add the remaining milk and stir well.
- Top with your chosen fruit, or wait to add fruit that doesn't store well until ready to serve.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for up to 5 days.
- Before serving, add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey if desired.
