Ingredients

Base Recipe

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (or chia seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • a pinch salt

Carrot Cake Flavor

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Banana Bread Flavor

  • ½ mashed banana
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Coffee Flavor

  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Zucchini Bread Flavor

  • ¼ cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg

Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Peanut Butter & Jelly Flavor

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon jelly

Very Berry Flavor

  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Apple Spice Flavor

  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, flax seeds, maple syrup, and salt to a jar.
  2. Mix well and add any desired flavor ingredients.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  4. Stir before eating and add more liquid if needed.
