Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before eating.
  3. Alternatively, mix in an insulated thermos and wait no more than 7 hours before consuming.
