Blueberry Overnight Oats with Coconut Milk

Instructions
- Blend the coconut milk and frozen blueberries until smooth.
- Divide the mixture and other ingredients between two pint-sized jars.
- Stir to combine all ingredients in each jar.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir and add additional milk or sweetener if desired.
- Top with extra blueberries and shredded coconut before enjoying.
