Wet Ingredients

Instructions
- Mash the blueberries in a large bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold, optionally adding a splash of almond milk and topping with granola, lemon zest, and fresh blueberries.
