Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a jar or divide it between two jars and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally 12-24 hours for better digestion.
- When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and add extra blueberries on top.
- Serve cold or warm as desired.
