Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup blueberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp fine sea salt

The fruit

  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a mixing bowl or measuring cup and whisk together.
  2. Stir in the blueberries and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Portion into two containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving and enjoy cold, topped with extra blueberries and almond butter.
