Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oats, yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a large mason jar or small bowl until well combined.
  2. Gently stir in the blueberries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
