Ingredients

The base

  • cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2-3 Tbsp granola
  • to taste honey (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a jar or bowl.
  2. Mix well and cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries, granola, and a drizzle of honey before serving.
