Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 pieces bananas
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 large dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup plant-based milk

Smoothie Toppings

  • ½ banana thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa nibs
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, peanut butter, dates, chia seeds, and plant-based milk until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with sliced banana, chopped peanuts, cocoa nibs, and chia seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
