Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • ½ cup wild (or regular) frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • ¾ - 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter

For serving

  • to taste oil-free granola
  • to taste rawnola

Instructions

  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on low/medium, using a blender wand if necessary, until combined.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more dairy-free milk as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust flavors with more peanut butter or banana if desired.
  5. Divide the smoothie into bowls and add toppings of choice.
