The smoothie

  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice

Toppings

  • to taste hemp seeds or hemp bites
  • to taste blueberries
  • to taste bananas
  • to taste seed butter

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a medium bowl.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
