Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup Ice
  • ½ cup Cashew Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • cup Frozen Zucchini
  • cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • ⅛-¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup Mango, chopped
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Bananas, sliced
  • 1 TBS Peanut Butter, drizzled
  • 1 tsp Toasted Almonds
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • Pinch Flake Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Use a tamper if necessary to keep it moving. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
