Ingredients

The smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 4-6 tablespoons dairy-free milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter

Toppings

  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste hemp seeds
  • to taste dried mulberries
  • to taste cacao nibs
  • to taste dried goji berries

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, bananas, and blueberries to a blender.
  2. Pulse the fruit until it is in small pieces.
  3. Add the milk and nut butter to the blender.
  4. Blend on low, stopping to move the mixture around until it reaches a thick yogurt-like consistency.
  5. Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings.
