Ingredients

The smoothie

  • ½ avocado avocado
  • 1 cube or small handful kale

The toppings

  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons diced walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk, bananas, avocado, and kale in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the smoothie and add maple syrup if needed.
