Instructions
- Blend frozen banana slices, optional pineapple, the lesser amount of coconut milk, matcha powder, and spinach until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more coconut milk if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or matcha flavor as desired.
- Divide the smoothie between two bowls and add desired toppings.
