Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened, chilled
  • 1 small orange, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha tea
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Toppings

  • 1 teaspoon shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup berries

Instructions

  1. Blend plant-based milk, peeled orange, agave nectar, matcha tea, and chia seeds until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Top with coconut, cocoa nibs, hemp seeds, and berries as desired.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until serving.
