The soak

Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the 'Apple Cider' Soak and warm it.
- Pour the soak into the crock pot and set it to HIGH.
- Remove the fat cap from the pork and rub it with oil, salt, pepper, and the dry rub.
- Place the pork in the crock pot and nestle the onion and garlic around it.
- Cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 8-10 hours until tender.
- Remove the pork, cool for 20 minutes, then shred it and discard any fat.
- Save the cooking liquid for other uses.
