Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork butt.
- Make 5-6 slits in the pork and insert garlic cloves into each slit.
- Season the pork with sea salt on all sides.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker and drizzle with liquid smoke.
- Cover and cook on low for 12-16 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks.
- Drain excess liquid and return shredded pork to the slow cooker to keep warm.
- Serve and enjoy.
