Instructions
- Mix all the seasonings in a small bowl to create a spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork in the slow cooker.
- If possible, refrigerate the pork for 3 hours to 24 hours to let the rub set.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve, optionally spooning some juices over the top.
