Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into 1" cubes.
- Steam the broccoli for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green and crunchy.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, add tofu cubes, and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add sliced almonds to the skillet and sauté until they start to brown, then remove tofu and almonds from the pan.
- Add the vegetables to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in tamari sauce, sesame oil, tofu, and almonds, then serve.
