Broccoli, Tofu and Almond Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 225 g broccoli florets
  • 150 g extra-firm tofu
  • 20 g sliced almonds
  • ½ unit red bell pepper
  • 1 unit celery stalk
  • 2 unit green onions
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • A drizzle unit sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into 1" cubes.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green and crunchy.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat, add tofu cubes, and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add sliced almonds to the skillet and sauté until they start to brown, then remove tofu and almonds from the pan.
  5. Add the vegetables to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in tamari sauce, sesame oil, tofu, and almonds, then serve.
