Almond Butter Broccoli Stir Fry

Sauce Ingredients

almond butter (or peanut butter)

reduced sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu for at least thirty minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for about 10+ minutes, flipping until browned on all sides.
- While the tofu cooks, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once the tofu is done, transfer it to a plate.
- In the same pan, add broccoli slaw and a few tablespoons of water, cooking until softened (about 5+ minutes).
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli slaw and add the tofu, mixing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
