Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeydew (ripe, diced)
  • 1 cup silver tequila (preferably 100% agave)
  • ½ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed from about 4 limes)
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • to taste optional Margarita salt (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until the honeydew is liquified, avoiding over-blending.
  2. Pour half the mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain into salt-rimmed glasses or serve without salt.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
  5. Repeat for the remaining servings.
