Honeydew Margarita

silver tequila (preferably 100% agave)

lime juice (freshly squeezed from about 4 limes)

honey

Margarita salt (for serving)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until the honeydew is liquified, avoiding over-blending.
- Pour half the mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into salt-rimmed glasses or serve without salt.
- Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
- Repeat for the remaining servings.
