For rimming the glass

Instructions
- Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and dip it into coarse salt.
- Combine clementine juice, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and tequila in a mixing container and mix well.
- Adjust the lime juice and honey to taste.
- Pour the mixture over ice into the prepared glass and enjoy.
