Ingredients

The margarita mixture

  • ΒΌ cup fresh-squeezed clementine juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2.5 ounces tequila

For rimming the glass

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 whole lime

Instructions

  1. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and dip it into coarse salt.
  2. Combine clementine juice, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and tequila in a mixing container and mix well.
  3. Adjust the lime juice and honey to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture over ice into the prepared glass and enjoy.
