Air Fryer Parmesan Asparagus Fries

Egg whites, beaten with 2 tsp. of water

Panko Bread Crumbs

Parmesan cheese, grated

Lemon Zest, divided

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Trim the asparagus about 1 inch from the bottom.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Set up a breading station with flour, egg whites, and a mixture of Panko, Parmesan, and half of the lemon zest.
- Roll the asparagus in flour, then egg, and finally the Panko mixture.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray and air fry for 7-8 minutes until golden.
- Mix the mayonnaise, remaining lemon zest, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Serve the asparagus fries with the lemon garlic aioli, garnished with more lemon zest or Parmesan.
