Air Fryer Asparagus Fries

Instructions
- Wash, pat dry, and trim the asparagus.
- Place asparagus in a ziplock bag with flour and coat.
- Whisk together panko, parmesan cheese, and olive oil, then divide into two bowls.
- In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk, then pour into the bag to coat the asparagus.
- Roll the asparagus in the panko mixture and place on a lined pan.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
- Place the coated asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
