Instructions
- Line a plate with parchment paper.
- Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop.
- Mix in the almond flour until a thick, crumbly texture forms. If too thin, add more almond flour.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form 20-30 balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined plate.
- Refrigerate until firm.
