Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 2 Tbsp macadamia nuts
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 tsp oil of choice
  • tsp vanilla paste
  • tsp almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls or press into a loaf pan to make bars.
  4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  5. Enjoy your guilt-free cookie dough!
