Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls or press into a loaf pan to make bars.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
- Enjoy your guilt-free cookie dough!
