Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or still water
  • 1 packet white stevia or 8 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Juice the fresh ginger using a ceramic grater or another method.
  2. Squeeze out the extra juice from the ginger pulp and strain it into a bowl.
  3. Juice the lemons and limes, then measure out a teaspoon of each juice.
  4. Combine the lemon and lime juice in a glass with the stevia.
  5. Pour the sparkling water over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Adjust flavors to taste, adding more ginger if desired.
  7. Add ice and enjoy!
