Ingredients

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • cups monkfruit
  • 2 cups lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups of water and monkfruit in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Juice lemons to obtain 2 cups of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Pour the lemon juice and simple syrup into a glass pitcher.
  5. Add ice and 4 more cups of water.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
