Green Curry Shrimp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a small pot over high heat and sauté the green curry paste briefly.
- Add water and bring it to a boil, then add the shrimp.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, add coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, zucchini, and red bell peppers.
- Cook for 1 minute while stirring, then turn off the heat and add chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
