Ingredients

The rolls

  • 4 pieces rice paper wrappers
  • 12 pieces cooked shrimp
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ pieces Australian avocado
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 12 leaves mint leaves
  • 4 leaves Shiso leaves

The sauce

  • ¼ cups Sweet Chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash the bean sprouts, mint leaves, and Shiso leaves and set aside.
  2. Cut the carrots and shred the lettuce.
  3. Peel the cooked shrimp and set aside.
  4. Deseed the avocado and slice it thinly.
  5. Prepare the rice paper according to the package instructions, one at a time.
  6. Place the rice paper on a damp kitchen cloth.
  7. Add the fillings to the center of the rice paper, fold in both sides, and roll tightly.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
