Instructions
- Wash the bean sprouts, mint leaves, and Shiso leaves and set aside.
- Cut the carrots and shred the lettuce.
- Peel the cooked shrimp and set aside.
- Deseed the avocado and slice it thinly.
- Prepare the rice paper according to the package instructions, one at a time.
- Place the rice paper on a damp kitchen cloth.
- Add the fillings to the center of the rice paper, fold in both sides, and roll tightly.
- Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
